Kaleigh is a partner at Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP practising construction law and civil litigation.

Kaleigh represents parties involved in various civil disputes and proceedings including construction litigation, arbitration, mediation, adjudication and construction contract negotiation. She represents parties at all levels of the construction supply chain, through all stages of the construction process. She provides practical and business-oriented advice to assist her clients in resolving a wide variety of construction disputes including contract claims, lien proceedings, payment disputes and Construction Act related matters. She has appeared before various Ontario courts and tribunals on motions and trials. She has also assisted in complex commercial list proceedings, and in Provincial Court and Superior Court criminal proceedings.

Kaleigh joined GSNH as an associate in 2021, and is a member of the firm’s Construction Law Group. She received an LL.B. from Durham University in England in 2015, and an LL.M. from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University in California in 2016.

Prior to her time and GSNH, Kaleigh began her career at a downtown Toronto construction law firm in 2016, and gained several years of construction law experience while completing her NCA Certificate of Qualification further to completing her legal education abroad.

Promoting post-secondary legal education is important to Kaleigh. As a result, she has been an Adjunct Professor teaching various construction law courses at the Angelo DelZotto School of Construction Management at George Brown College since 2019.

Kaleigh currently sits on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association Construction and Infrastructure Law section and frequently speaks and writes on construction and construction law related topics.
