An often neglected part of a client's affairs is the need to provide proper planning for succession of property. We recognize this and offer extensive services in wills and estate planning. Whether it be a simple will or power of attorney, a trust or a complicated tax-driven estate plan, we firmly believe that an integrated approach which meets the client's specific circumstances is the preferred route, and we offer such services in concert with other matters.
Following death, we provide a broad range of estate administration services to assist the personal representatives of the estate, including obtaining a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee (probate), the realization and distribution of the assets of the estate and obtaining a court approved passing of accounts.
