Alternative Dispute Resolution

Team Resolution:

Team Resolution is a neutral, equitable tribunal of six members (denoted by the ∆ symbol) that pride themselves on tailoring their services to meet the respective parties’ needs, objectives and expectations. They can arbitrate or mediate any aspect of commercial law, that would be adjudicated in the courts and offers a most viable, practical and cost effective alternative forum for dispute resolution, for those who do not wish to subject themselves to the trauma, expense and protracted time-lines of the court process.
