Litigation
Our litigation group regularly handles a wide variety of general litigation matters. Given the orientation of our clients to the building and development industry, particular attention is given to contract disputes, construction liens, bankruptcy and insolvency, mortgage enforcement, collections, and real estate issues. Members of the litigation group have represented banks, trust companies, developers, builders, material distributors, general contractors, paving contractors, sewer and watermain contractors, electrical contractors, mechanical and plumbing contractors, and large property owners, as well as smaller businesses and individuals.
