Stanley Naftolin J.D., Q.C.

Called to the Ontario Bar in 1969 and the Alberta Bar in 1980, Stanley has an enviable track record as one of Canada’s leading Construction Law authorities. A Certified Specialist in Construction Law, Stanley lectures regularly and has published widely, and is a founding member of the Construction Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, a Founding Fellow and past President of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, as well as a past Chair for the Construction Law specialty Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Stanley is frequently requested to act as a mediator and arbitrator in construction disputes and is listed in The International Who’s Who of Construction Lawyers, The Canadian Legal L’Expert Directory and The Best Lawyers in Canada under two categories: Construction Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
