Samuel Nash was called to the Bar in 1979 and has been with the firm since 1981. Samuel’s practice encompasses a wide variety of areas. His real estate credentials include: acquisition and sale of residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and hotel property; project development work; residential and commercial condominiums; timeshare development; financing of commercial, residential, timeshare and recreational properties.
Samuel is also active in leasing, small business affairs and Wills and Estates. He is also an Ontario New Home Warranty Program Escrow Agent.
