Louis N. Florence
Called to the Bar in 1977, Louis Florence has been associated with the firm for a number of years. His practice is primarily focused on the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of commercial, residential and recreational property, among other activities. He is an experienced negotiator, adept at structuring and settling a wide variety of commercial transactions, including business acquisitions and joint ventures. Louis is also involved in the area of Wills and Estates.
