Kevin S. House
Called to the Bar in 1980, Kevin House has practiced in British Columbia and Ontario. Associated with the firm for more than twenty years, his primary area of focus is in general commercial matters, with a special emphasis on commercial transactions, secured transactions, financing, securities matters and commercial leasing. Kevin has acted as counsel to borrowers, issuers, vendors and purchasers though all stages in the business acquisition and divestiture process. He has a solid reputation for thoroughness, creativity, versatility and prudence.
Kevin is a member of the Australian Wine Society and the Australian/Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
