Kenneth N. Karp
Ken Karp is an associate partner in the Real Estate/Leasing Group of Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP in Toronto.
A former partner with 44 years of practice at Goodmans LLP, Ken was instrumental in establishing and growing the real estate practice of that firm. Throughout his career, he has focused on real property matters, from the acquisition and development of lands to home builder sales, industrial and commercial construction and the financing of real estate projects.
Ken’s extensive experience in all aspects of real property also includes Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Ken is president of the Pine Bay Foundation, a charity which operates a summer camp for children with neurological disorders and provides behaviour management and skills workshops as well as weekend retreats.
He received his BA (Hons.) in 1957 from the University of Toronto and his LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1960.
