Howard J. Sloan

Called to the Bar in 1979, Howard Sloan currently serves as President of the firm’s Management Committee. Howard’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of matters relating to the areas of corporate, commercial real estate and leasing. He is highly capable in all aspects of condominium and land development, landlord/tenant issues and real estate acquisitions and financing.  

Additionally, Howard has acquired a unique expertise in the area of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), derivatives and securities and is able to provide clients with sophisticated advice with respect to complex financial structures.  

Howard is entrepreneurial in his approach; he is determined, incisive and possesses exceptional negotiating skills.  

Howard’s special personal interests include reading, boating, travel, scuba diving and fitness.
