Fern Silverman

Called to the Bar in 1980, Fern Silverman joined the firm in 1997. She acts on behalf of personal injury clients, representing their interests with great passion and proficiency. Fern has proven herself in motor vehicle accident claims –both tort and first party, occupier’s liability, slip & fall incidents, sexual assault cases, disability claims and medical malpractice suits. She has achieved some of the highest awards in motor vehicle cases in Ontario for her clients.

Fern’s area of expertise includes traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, disability claims, insurance law, mediation and arbitration.
