Edward Pendergrast
Edward is a member of the Litigation, Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate/Leasing groups.
Edward’s litigation experience includes contractual breach remedies, mortgage enforcement, consumer protection, debt settlement and construction matters.
Edward’s corporate experience includes incorporations, partnership and shareholders agreements, sales of business, franchising and the drafting of various business agreements.
Edward’s Real Estate/Commercial Leasing work includes landlord and tenant dispute resolution, lease drafting/negotiating and both residential and commercial purchases and sales.
Edward has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and various tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board.
