Ben V. Hanuka

Ben Hanuka obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto in 1996. He concentrates his law practice in the area of franchise law and franchise litigation, and is listed in the Canadian LEXPERT Legal Directory as a leading practitioner in franchise litigation in Toronto.  Ben has acted and continues to act in leading edge franchise court cases interpreting various aspects of the Arthur Wishart Act (Franchise Disclosure), 2000, including franchise class proceedings.
